Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ReGaMa. By accessing or using the ReGaMa platform at playregama.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before creating an account or interacting with any part of the Platform.
ReGaMa is operated by Regama NPO, an independent non-profit organization. ReGaMa is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with KoGaMa® or Multiverse APS. All trademarks and copyrights mentioned on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
The Platform is intended for users aged 13 (thirteen) years and older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 13, you may not use the Platform under any circumstances.
To register an account, you must provide:
- A unique username
- A valid email address
- A secure password
- Your date of birth
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ReGaMa is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
ReGaMa reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
2. User-Generated Content
2.1 Games & Builds
ReGaMa allows users to create, publish, and share games and interactive experiences ("Builds") on the Platform. By publishing a Build, you represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the content included therein.
2.2 Marketplace Items
Any user may publish avatars, models, or other items ("Items") to the ReGaMa Marketplace. By submitting an Item, you confirm it does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
2.3 License Grant
You retain full ownership of any original content you create and publish on the Platform. However, by publishing content on ReGaMa, you grant Regama NPO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. This license terminates when you remove your content from the Platform, subject to any caching or backup retention periods.
2.4 Content Standards
All user-generated content must comply with the following standards. Content must not:
- Contain nudity, pornographic material, or sexual content of any kind
- Depict graphic violence, gore, or content intended to cause distress
- Promote, glorify, or facilitate hatred, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group
- Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate any person
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Contain malware, exploits, or code designed to harm users or the Platform
- Impersonate ReGaMa staff, other users, or any real person in a misleading manner
- Advertise or promote external platforms, products, or services without prior written consent from ReGaMa
3. Virtual Currency & Marketplace
ReGaMa operates an internal virtual currency system used within the Marketplace. This currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or converted into any real-world currency or goods.
Virtual currency is earned exclusively through in-Platform activities such as gameplay, engagement, and other mechanisms defined by ReGaMa. ReGaMa does not offer any mechanism to purchase virtual currency with real money.
ReGaMa reserves the right to adjust, reset, or discontinue the virtual currency system at any time without liability to users.
4. Moderation & Enforcement
4.1 Active Moderation
ReGaMa employs an active moderation team that reviews content, comments, and reported behavior across the Platform. Moderation decisions are made at the discretion of ReGaMa staff and are not subject to appeal except as described below.
4.2 Reporting
Users are encouraged to report content or behavior that violates these Terms using the Platform's reporting tools or by contacting ReGaMa at playregama.com/help/support.
4.3 Enforcement Actions
Violations of these Terms may result in one or more of the following enforcement actions, applied at ReGaMa's discretion and escalating based on severity and recurrence:
- Formal warning issued to the account
- Removal of offending content
- Temporary suspension of account privileges
- Permanent ban from the Platform
ReGaMa reserves the right to skip directly to permanent account termination for severe violations, including but not limited to: distribution of illegal content, exploitation of minors, or actions that compromise the integrity or security of the Platform.
5. Privacy & Data Collection
ReGaMa collects the following categories of personal data to operate the Platform:
- Username (account identifier, visible to other users)
- E-mail address (used for account management and communications)
- Date of birth (used to verify age eligibility)
- IP address and technical data (used for security, fraud prevention, and operational diagnostics)
ReGaMa does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be disclosed if required by applicable law, court order, or to protect the safety of users.
Because ReGaMa operates internationally without a fixed legal jurisdiction, we commit to applying reasonable data protection standards consistent with widely recognized privacy principles. Users in regions with specific data protection laws (such as the GDPR or LGPD) may have additional rights; please contact us at playregama.com/help/support for requests.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described above.
6. Intellectual Property
The ReGaMa name, logo, Platform code, design elements, and all original content produced by Regama NPO are the intellectual property of Regama NPO and are protected by applicable laws.
Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of ReGaMa's proprietary content without explicit written permission.
ReGaMa operates as an independent revival project. It has no affiliation with, and makes no claim to, any intellectual property belonging to KoGaMa® or Multiverse APS.
7. Platform Availability & Beta Status
ReGaMa is currently in BETA. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, or subject to change at any time without notice.
Regama NPO does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Regama NPO, its contributors, moderators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of virtual currency, account data, or user-generated content.
Because ReGaMa is a non-profit project, total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount (if any) paid by the user to ReGaMa in the twelve months preceding the claim. As the Platform is free of charge, this limit is effectively zero.
9. Modifications to These Terms
ReGaMa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at playregama.com and announced via the Platform's News section. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform.
